My students are a wonderful group of 18 kindergartners. Though we are small we are mighty. We have 8 girls and 10 boys that come in everyday with a smile. Kindergarten is a time to not only learn letters and numbers but also to learn how to do school too. We are growing every day in this area. I teach in a neighborhood school. Much of our population can walk to school because they fall with in a one mile radius. Going to a neighborhood school helps our kids be proud of their school and surrounding community. We have around 500 students with room to grow.
