This project will make a big difference in the way I can teach and therefore, in the way my students can learn. They face so many obstacles and access to quality instruction using current technology should not be one of them in 2018. My students deserve to learn using the latest apps which I can access on this iPad. I will be able to provide high quality visual, interactive and collaborative learning opportunities that are often missing in lower-income classrooms.
This generation learns best with technology that provides visual, collaborative and interactive opportunities to explore new math concepts. The iPad will allow me to provide my at-risk, socioeconomically challenged students with the latest technology that most of us take for granted. By helping with this project, you are providing the most needy students with opportunities that they deserve and otherwise would not have. You are helping to give them a hand up, to access learning that they need in order to succeed.
The iPad will revolutionize my instruction in so many ways and I know my students will appreciate your generosity and thoughtfulness in considering them and their needs.
