There are currently 21 students in my class. My students are very sweet, eager 5- and 6-year-olds who enjoy exploring the world around them. They learn best through seeing, hearing, and doing. Most of my students have not been to preschool before, so kindergarten is their first experience of school. They learn to read, write, add, subtract, sort, express their feelings, make friends, problem solve, and more! It's a big year for them! My students also come from very low-income, diverse families. I appreciate any help in providing opportunities for my students to really experience the joys of learning through new, meaningful materials.
