My students attend a Boston public school. They are a diverse group of students coming from many different backgrounds. The students are inquirers. They are always looking for something new to explore and asking many questions. They always want to seek more and develop deeper into the math concepts and how they can be used. They are creative and innovative and interested in Math. Our school is a Title 1 school. All of our students receive free lunch this year. Many of our students come from low income families. Many of them will be the first in their family to go to college one day. Putting all of those challenges aside, the students attend school every day, ready to work hard and learn.
