I have 14 amazing students in a full-time, self-contained Intensive Learning Support classroom in the Chester-Upland School District. My students live in an area with high poverty and many needs. They experience reading, writing, and mathematical difficulties as a result of the learning disabilities they have been diagnosed with. Although they face challenges on a daily basis, they come to school with a positive attitude and motivation to learn.

About my class
