"You are always a student, never a master. You have to keep moving forward." -C. Hall
I feel that this quote represents our school perfectly, because we, as a whole, are doing our best to improve daily. As a teacher it is my job to provide my students not only the education that they need, but also the love that they need. I show my students love by pushing them to do better and getting them to the next level of their education. We strive for excellence!
My school is located in one of the poorest parishes in Louisiana, with that being said our school is lower on the socioeconomic scale. Students are sent home on Friday with bags of food to ensure their weekend meals. Over seventy-five percent of students are on free or reduced lunch. In order for me to continue expanding upon my students knowledge we need your help!
