My classroom includes students from various backgrounds who entered Kindergarten with a wide range of abilities. It is an inclusion classroom that contains typically-developing students as well as those with special needs and learning disabilities. Despite the differences amongst them, one thing is consistent: their love of learning. It is my goal throughout the year to engage students in a way that they look forward to coming to school and are always eager to learn and do more. These students have already caught the learning bug! My school is located in a low-income area and is a Title I school which means at least 70% of our students receive either free or reduced lunch.
