We are requesting a wonderful selection of books to add to our classroom library. Currently, our classroom library is pretty sad. Our school library has been dismantled and is not a conference room. Our classroom is literally the only place where my students have a chance to chose books that meet their interests. I often asked by my students for books on various topics and it breaks my heart to tell them we do not have books on their topics. I do what I can and buy books when I am able. The sad truth is that my students do not have access to a rich variety of literature. Being gifted this project would be gifting my students with more than just books. You would be inspiring my students as well as fostering their love for learning!
