I have a wonderful class of sixteen, first graders, who are eager to learn. Our school is located in a high poverty area. A majority of my students are English language learners and come from a variety of socioeconomic statuses. Many of my students do not have access to the computers or Internet in their homes, and having an iPad in the classroom will provide access to technology and truly make a huge difference in their learning experience.
