My classroom consists of students with emotional disabilities. Our school district is in a disadvantaged area.
These materials will allow me to extend my classroom resources. My students often struggle to remain on task and focused. Because of the obstacles their disabilities have created, it is vital to use diverse teaching materials. I strive to provide the students with the opportunity to explore their interests within our classroom. I will also utilize online learning for mathematics and English Language Arts.
With more technology in my classroom, I will keep my students focused and excited to learn. It will
allow each student to have a hands on role with the materials while sharing their knowledge.
