These materials will make such a great impact on my student's lives because they will be provided with books that they can read in class. The guided reading books will be used for buddy reading, independent reading, and also reading time with me. I want my students to have a classroom library that they enjoy and that will be useful to them.
The whiteboards are very essential to my classroom as well because they will be used for my students to work out their math problems. Instead of them using a pencil and paper, they can use dry erase boards and be more hands on with their math. This will also be used when we do whole group so that I can really get a feel of who understands the material.
Being that my school is in a inner city area, I want my classroom to be a place where they forget all their problems. I want my classroom to be inviting. I want them to be able to learn and gain as much knowledge and information that they can. They need a calendar also. I believe that my students and all students are the future leaders of this world and by providing them with the adequate resources will help build their foundation.
