As my students finish out their elementary school days they are striving to become increasingly independent. One way they do this is by trying to keep their materials organized. New book boxes will provide students with more space to house their folders, notebooks, independent reading books, and literacy binders.
Instead of cramming materials into a box that is too small or broken, students will be able to store their work with pride. As a result, their important papers and books will become more readily available. Organizational skills will not only help my students in this classroom, but for years to come!
