Breathe For Change exists to enhance the health and well-being of educators, students, and entire communities. In our 200-hour Wellness, SEL and Yoga Teacher Training, educators learn to use mindfulness, yoga, and social-emotional learning as a vehicle for healing and social change in their classrooms and communities. Our modules are aligned to CASEL standards in order to equip educators to integrate wellness and SEL practices directly into their teaching. Through this comprehensive training, educators become equipped to teach inclusive and trauma-informed yoga classes to adults and young people, as well as design and facilitate wellness and social-emotional learning practices, workshops and professional development programs for schools, districts, and organizations. Upon completion of this training, graduates receive the B4C Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator (SEL*F) Certification and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification (CYT-200), recognized by Yoga Alliance, the international yoga teacher certifying body.
