There is not better way to learn about mammalian tissue than to work with it hands on! We are trying to allow our students the opportunity to dissect organs to further their learning of Anatomy and Physiology. We hope to dissect a brain, heart, eye, ovary, and full mammal! We will be having laboratory activities where students get to actively cut, identify, and analyze the previously listed organs. Students will have the opportunity to learn about the various types of tissues and components found in each organ. This will help prepare and acclimate students for more advance dissections in college.
