Our Title I charter school welcomes students in the grades kindergarten through eighth grade. My mission as a science middle school teacher is to teach and inspire the next generation to identify and solve real-world problems by improving biology, chemistry, physics earth and space literacy. My goal is to encourage our scholars to explore their possibilities of a career in science. With the help of donors, myself and colleagues we can deliver state and national frameworks for hands-on lab based lessons, in a collaborative atmosphere that will allow us measure the progress of their science literacy. Each year, we serve approximately 150-170 middle school students and 8 teachers in our staff.
