These books will contribute to our growing library. It is important to me that we build a library of print books. My students love having books read to them and our read aloud time is very important to us.
My students will benefit from a leveled library so that they can engage with books at their current reading level. They will also benefit from having a comfortable seating area that is a designated spot for their library.
Having access to more books at their own level will encourage them to continue reading. The best way to improve their scores is to keep them engaged with fun, interesting reading materials that challenge them at their own pace. The physical need for books in print is especially important to my classroom because my students in particular lack access to books.
