I will have a classroom, of about 20-30 students, that is full of culture, language, and heart. The majority of my students are Hispanic, come from low-income households, and are English Language Learners. Many are new to the country or still developing their English skills. Despite the challenges they face, they come to school eager to learn and grow. Our classroom is a safe space where we celebrate who we are, build confidence, and support one another. We need materials that support language development, literacy, and engagement — like bilingual books, hands-on tools, and flexible seating. Your support will help us create a learning environment that reflects my students’ identities and sets them up for success. Thank you for believing in them!
