Outdoor learning enhances student engagement. My students will have a place to sit outside at the picnic table while they are building with the magna tiles and molding sand, using the picnic basket, or playing with the bubbles. The sand and water table is interchangeable. They will explore water with the waterway pipes and mix and match waterfalls. While playing with sand they will use the mini vehicles and other toys to simulate real world activities. They will use the Insect Adventure Set and the Mix and Measure activity set to explore living and non living objects on our back patio while engaging in science talk with each other. The storage containers will help us organize and be responsible with our classroom supplies. Every item is essential in creating an amazing outdoor experience for my students.
