Hello, this year I started from scratch with an empty room and a budget. We have furnished Hennepin Schools first school library this year with shelving and books; however, Donors Choose is helping fill our space with the little things that help a classroom and library become a destination for students and staff.
Rolling carts, creative bookends, maker space stations, bean bags, and more have come from the generous people at Donors Choose this year.
As we find gaps, I will continue sharing our journey to get this under-funded population what they need to succeed! Thank you for joining us on this journey.
