I teach third grade in Las Vegas, Nevada. I usually have between 25-30 each year.
Funding is limited, but my students deserve the best education possible. Through direct instruction, learning centers, small groups, and 1:1 time, my students are making progress. I fund my own classroom by buying materials such as books, markers, journals, alternative seating options, etc. I am reaching out for help/support in my classroom because there are things we still need to continue to make educational gains in the classroom.
