Our students are in grades 9-12 in a school of approximately 1250 students. The school, like my students, represents a wide variety of socioeconomic status. What I appreciate most about my students is that they come to class every day with a passion for music. It is my privilege to introduce them to new music, performers, composers and conductors each year. Of course, the students do the same for me; the best part of teaching is that I learn as much from them--or more--as they do from me.
