Many students in our urban school district do not have the basic supplies needed to learn in the classroom. The absent of supplies can impact their ability to achieve and self-esteem. I want each student in my classroom to have their own set of crayons, markers, notebooks and pencils. Providing this basic need students are excited about school and ready to learn.
As some students may not be able to learn in sitting in a traditional seats. Some students need an alternative seats in order to prevent being removed from the classroom. A wiggle seat and a T-stool are great!
