With Hybrid learning, teachers are having to split the use of their computers to ensure that both students at home and students in-person are getting the same access to amazing education. That means that if a teacher is addressing online students, then in-person students cannot see what is happening, and vice-versa. These iPads will allow the 4th Grade teachers at our Elementary school to project work on the smartboard, while still getting the use of their computers. These iPads will be used to project classroom lessons to both types of students, while the camera is trained on in-person students; allowing online students to see and feel what we are seeing and feeling in the classroom. Then the teachers may freely use their computers for addressing online students one on one without the entire class being privy to their conferencing. Teachers will also be able to use their computers for planning during their preps, while the iPads are connecting students to their respective classes.
