I teach first grade children who live in a diverse community. Our classroom in made up of twenty four children and one classroom teacher. The children come from many backgrounds which include children who don't speak English as their first language. My classroom is considered a regular education kindergarten with an inclusion of ESL (English as a Second Language) and special education children.
