Many of my students come from low-income families, who are struggling financially and start the year off with limited to no school supplies due to the financial burden. Please help these families who cannot afford to purchase their children these supplies.
The school supplies will be readily available to the students at the beginning of the school as well as throughout the year. Your will help take the pressure off of many families.
In our classroom, we use lined notebooks as interactive journals to help the students remember and learn certain objectives in a colorful way. The students use the crayons and pencils to create notes for important topics. They use these journals every day throughout the year. When you add color to your notes, you can remember details better. The folders will be helpful in keeping the students organized. The scissors are used to cut out the graphics for the journal entries. The glue is used to glue the graphics into their journals.
