My Students will be able to learn and reinforce skills through playing age appropriate educational games and activities, like Yahtzee, Squigz, and Zingo. It is extremely difficult to find educational materials that are on the appropriate skill level AND the age appropriate level of my students with special needs. It is critical when having students for multiple years (as is common for life-skills classes) that you keep finding new ways to reintroduce the skills they will need for the future. By supporting my project you will be giving my students new ways to engage in reading, telling time, adding, and social skills with their peers.
