My students will use the carpet for many different activities. Every morning we start off with morning meeting, where we currently sit at the front of the room on the tile. This large rug will allow each student to have a space of their own. Having this cozy rug will allow students to feel at home in the room in which they come to learn!
Throughout the day we do many partner and indepependent activities around the classroom. Having a large carpet in our room will allow students to have a large work space where they feel relaxed and comfortable while learning.
