This carpet would benefit students in a way that is purely unexplainable. Students enjoy the freedom of a less structured sitting position in order to learn. Students become more creative when there is an an inclusion of movement and freedom. This also helps with my active students who like to move and during independent reading time in the morning.
The carpet will help students with seeing the board from a distance and also give children a break from sitting at their desk for long periods of time. Students find the carpet space to be a safe haven and the best place to learn.
