I teach 3rd grade gifted students at North Twin Lakes Elementary School. NTL is a Title I school where most of our students come from very low income families; however, these kids strive for excellence every day. As a result, our school has been recognized as a School of Excellence for two years in a row. My students love reading, writing and working in individual or group projects. I would love to surprise them this new school year with a renovated library and a color printer for their projects. I also sponsor a book club and new books would be greatly welcomed.
