My class has some amazing, eager to learn students. They are very appreciative, but unfortunately come from low income, poverty level families. Most of the families are surviving on one income and parents are trying their best. We are a Title 1 school and have an 90% free lunch program and 100% free breakfast program.
The students are excited to learn and they try very hard.
I spend a lot of my own money to provide for my students because parents do not have the resources.
