Thank you for visiting my Donors Choose page! Your donations will be used specifically to buy novels for my Advanced Composition sophomore classes and my American Literature juniors. These students are striving to further their education and will move on next year to the dual enrollment course where they will be taking college level English classes to earn college credits. My job this year to to improve on their literacy skills and implement the rigor that they will see in the coming years. Many of my students come from very difficult backgrounds and poverty. By donating you are saying to my students, "I believe in you and I am buying stock in your education," and truly, that's all they really need - people who believe in them.
