My students are digital natives. The Virginia Society for Technology in Education teacher collaboration is my gift to them. Students need to be work place ready and this begins in elementary school with applied computer science skills. I will use ideas gained to engage students by gamifying learning and bringing technology such as augmented and virtual reality to classes. Students will further explore coding and engage in learning by real world experiences. Students will use critical thinking and have student agency. I will coach teachers to use technology and free their time by using online tools to collect and analyze data.
