I am requesting 4 wobble stools, 2 ottomans, and a small sofa. Every student learns differently. Part of my job is to differentiate teaching to meet these different learning styles. Another way to meet varying student needs is to provide choice in seating within the classroom. Flexible seating in classrooms give students a choice in what kind of learning space works best for them, and help them to work collaboratively, communicate, and engage in critical thinking.
By donating you will be helping the learning environment of our classroom by giving my students more choice.
Flexible seating will allow my student to change seats throughout the day as they see needed. Students will be able to wiggle in order to get their creative minds going and help them concentrate better.
Not all students learn the same way...it is time to switch things up!
