I have 600+ excited, energetic students (ages 5-10) who have limited interactions with art and artists, but who have the hearts and souls of artists!! More than half of my school comes from low-income households, where art and art materials are not a top priority. I am so fortunate that I get to share the beautiful world of creating art with them. Witnessing their joy is the reason I became an art teacher!

About my class
