This year I am responsible for teaching three separate classes of sixth graders Science and Social Studies. I am excited about this opportunity! Unfortunately I have a limited number of books in my class collection. I would like to create a high interest book collection that will be engaging for my students. This project will allow my students to gain new knowledge about conservation, STEM books, and a variety of Science topics! These books will be used to support grade level expectations in Science and Social Studies, in addition to opening their eyes to possible career opportunities in the future.

About my class
