Our mid-year scores made me so proud to have such a hard-working, determined group of students. Our school is a title I school, so most of my kiddos don't have the perfect home life, and I can see it in their faces when they walk in our classroom door. Despite their hardships, they work hard and it has paid off so far! However, I struggle making sure they are engaged enough to keep the learning going all day long. My main goal is to make them LOVE learning and give them the confidence they need to continue learning when they move forward in their lives. This is why I am trying to find ways to implement new, exciting pieces to our days of learning.
