My students are 7th grade through seniors in a public junior/senior high school in Los Angeles, CA. My high school, while very supportive of the arts, cannot support it financially in the way they wish they could. They are avid learners, soaking in whatever knowledge will be fed their way. They are diligent, work hard, and music is their passion and release. Many of them spend hours in my classroom after school playing every instrument they can get their hands on, and often times teaching each other if I am not available. Every time a new set of drum sticks or a replacement guitar string arrives, they are enthusiastic and appreciative. I want to provide them with every resource possible to be successful.
