Our school is located in an urban area and is considered a Title 1 school. There are fifteen wonderful friends in my classroom. My students come from extremely diverse backgrounds, spanning from Mexico to Liberia! Though varying far and wide in their range of cultural upbringings, my students all share one thing in common: enthusiasm! My students come to school each day with an eagerness to learn, especially when they actually get to use a manipulative or technology.
