My school is a Title I school that serves PK-5 grade students. Many of our students are economically disadvantaged. We are also partners with Girlstart, a STEMWorks program.
Many of my students have very limited life experiences. Technology is a great way to bring virtual learning into the classroom among other things.
Even with these obstacles, my students love to learn and are like little sponges soaking up knowledge of all kinds. One of the best ways to engage our students and break down those life obstacles is through technology. Students with good computer skills are better prepared to succeed in the future.
