My school is part of a public school district that is approximately 98 hispanic, 65 economically disadvantaged, and 33 limited English. All my students come to school with the desire to be 100 percent successful. My second grade class consist of 22 energetic and enthusiastic learners. I teach to boys and girls who come with a smile, ready to learn and who love their school environment. While most of their backgrounds may be similar in traditions and culture, their needs are diverse.
