My classroom serves students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in grades 2-5 by supporting their academic, sensory, communication, and social/emotional needs.
I strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where my students feel accepted and celebrated in their neurodiversity.
Students deserve to learn in classrooms where their unique talents and abilities are supported and developed, and it is difficult to do this effectively without the needed resources. Community support for classrooms and schools means that teachers can provide students with the highly effective, individualized instruction and support that the students deserve.
