As a small group, special education and reading intervention teacher, my students spend most of their time with me sitting at our kidney bean table. I work with students on basic phonics skills, beginning with mastering letters and sounds and moving on to reading CVC words. I work with students in every grade, and only have one size chair for children ages five through 11. Flexible, wobble seats would be an amazing resource for all students to enjoy. Having two different sizes will allow students to sit on the right stool based on their individual needs!
These chairs would also reduce crowding at our table, reduce accidents from students leaning back, and would help many of my students with ADHD with their need to fidget and move!
