Science is messy and fun! In my class, we conduct weekly experiments to bring the joy of science into our world. Our chemical reactions often involve ink, dye, food coloring, and other messy ingredients that foam, froth, and bubble over. We'd love to keep these messes from ruining our clothes, desks, and newly adopted textbooks.
We will use our lab coats to protect our clothing from spills and our trays to protect our precious school supplies and materials being ruined.
I truly believe that integrating more STEAM into our core learning will put my students on the path to success in school and life as well as prepare them for 21st century life and learning.
