Can you remember the joy of finally being able to blend letter sounds together and form words and then sentences? Now imagine that joy being put on hold because you are forced to be home for your safety and don't have access to any Spanish books. I teach 20 bilingual students, who are currently in the first phase of exploring their reading through the Spanish language. My kiddos were becoming so passionate about the language and manipulating its sounds to form words. Please help me provide these students a language filled library for their home.
