I believe my job is to foster a child's unique potentials, to allow full development of his/her creativity and sensitivity, and to encourage personal integrity, love of learning and self-fulfillment. I am a facilitator of each student's growth, a facilitator of activities that promote problem solving, discussion, reflection, and alternative solutions. I make myself available for each and every student as they need me to be a role model, a teacher, a listener, and a nurturer at all time. Together, the school and staff, family, and community serve as a vital part of a child's development. Whenever possible, all three should be integrated and invited into the educational process of each child so the importance of education is obvious and positive effects are apparent. Help me pursue my desire to remain innovative and creative so I may continue to inspire young mathematical minds.
