We are a large comprehensive high school in Southern California, my students are mostly from single parent homes and on the lower end of the economic scale. We were able to hold 6 cooking classes last semester, servicing 225 students. This year the budget cuts have pulled the curriculum but the need in our school to provide this class is still high. We will also hold bake sales and donation drives for the items Ðǿմ«Ã½ can not cover, like the much needed food component for the curriculum.
