I teach a diverse class of kindergartners in an accelerated program for students who know their letters and sounds when they begin school. We work hard and play hard! I am careful to keep school fun for students and developmentally appropriate for the 4, 5, and 6-year-olds in my classroom. We have a special focus on integrating social studies and science as well as STEAM projects based on picture books! Our classroom theme is cactus and we call ourselves Mrs. Bishop's Sharp Bunch!
