Each day in my classroom we have opportunities to split into small groups. During that time I can provide more individualized instruction for my students. Being able to add 2 Chromebooks in our classroom will allow students to log into Google Classroom and find assignments that are unique to students and student groups. Along with the Chromebooks providing access to Google Classroom, students will be able to use a variety of websites that help with math fact fluency, be able to take online assessments that will give immediate feedback, and complete modules within our math curriculum. With 2 more Chromebooks in our classroom it will ensure that students will have plenty of opportunities every day to be enriched, re-mediated, and to become proficient in mathematics.
By decreasing the student to computer ratio and having more reliable computers, more students each day can receive individualized practice on important math skills.
