My students adore being challenged with real life problems. They are also very giving and love to help others. When I put these two things together, they busily put their heads together to discover ways to develop solutions. In many ways, they are typical 3rd grade students who attend our math, science, and technology focused school, but they are atypical in their care for one another. Our class is always abuzz with laughter and learning because we enjoy being together.
