My school has about 350 students in grades Pre-K through 5th, and I have the opportunity to teach all grades except the Pre-K. My students come from very low income homes but I have the opportunity to provide the students with a fun and engaging PE lesson every week.
As a physical education teacher, I strive to make sure coming to the gymnasium is fun and a place they can learn new skills and games all while being physically active.
We are a Title I school and our students receive free/reduced breakfast and lunch everyday. My students are always willing to try new things when it comes to PE class.
